1. Shipping Charges
Momsfit Lingerie provides free and express shipping on orders worth Rs 399 & above and will attract a shipping charge of Rs 60 on orders below Rs 399.
2. When can I expect delivery?
We understand the pain of anticipation! Hence, we try to ship the majority of orders out of our warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation. However, each location has a different delivery time frame committed by the courier partner. You can check the expected time to deliver an order in the ‘Track Your Order’ widget present on the Home page.
3. How will my order be shipped?
We use several national courier services to deliver your order to your doorsteps.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship momsfit’s collection internationally as of now.
- For orders above ₹ 399 shipping is absolutely free. For orders below ₹ 399, there is a normal fee of ₹ 60 charged for delivery.
- We ship your order within 24 hours.
You can expect your order to be delivered to you within 2-3 working days in major cities and 8-10 days for other locations as per your pin code. - You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases we e-mail or call
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
- Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
- We are not responsible for the damage of products after delivery.
- If you feel the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. You can call us at +91-7290982040 or Contact us with your order number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- The order value is calculated after applying discounts/Gst or any other applicable charges.
